eye lash perm/ tinting February 4, 2008

Eye lash perm and tinting….has anyone gotten either of these done? I want to hear from some people first so I know whether or not its worth it. My sister’s getting married in the fall, and I am allergic to most mascaras, and I want to be minimal with the makeup, but I want my eyes to really stand out. I am thinking about getting a lash perm. Also, I live in long island, NY….does anyone know of any good places around here that do this well, and at a reasonable price??
